Confirming your appointment

We will send you a courtesy reminder  SMS message which will give you a chance to confirm at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Please call the salon if you can't make your reserved spot and would like to reschedule.

When should you arrive?

Please feel free to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. 

Our staff will be more than happy to utilize this time by settling you in comfortably.

What if you are late for an appointment?

Please call us to let us know - We all know about Melbourne traffic!

Whatever the circumstances  please be aware that the service time you require has been reserved especially for you, therefore, please understand that if you are late, it may encroach on the time we have to spend with you in order for us to avoid delays with our other sheduled clients.

Our Cancellation Policies

Please kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice if you need to cancel your appointment. 

Any cancellation with less than 24-hours notice can incur a 50% cancellation fee.

A full cancellation fee may be imposed for no-shows and clients who make no effort to contact us or return our calls.

Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability and we may not be able to give you your desired times.


Deposits may be required for extra long appointments - i.e. Yuko Straightening, Keratin Treatments and Colour Corrections.

Deposits will be required for Sunday appointments.


Children are welcome in our salon but please be mindful of our other clients experience.

Children remain your responsibility at all times as busy hairdressing salons can be very dangerous places for unattended children.
